Who is IntelliNotes for?

IntelliNotes is designed for healthcare professionals who want to look up a diagnosis or ICD-10 code and prepare a clinical note draft in the same workspace. The interface is in English; dictation offers English and Spanish options.

What can I do in the app?

• Search for a diagnosis by name or ICD-10 code.
• Select one or more relevant diagnoses and generate a note draft.
• Review, edit, format and copy your draft.
• Dictate in English or Spanish.
• Save and restore notes for individual codes within your account.

How much does IntelliNotes cost?

The current plan is US$49.99 per month, billed as a recurring subscription through Stripe. It includes the capabilities listed above. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. There is no advertised free trial; you can explore the guided example on the home page before subscribing.

How do I get access?

Open registration and complete the Stripe checkout using the email address you want for your account. After payment is confirmed, sign-in details arrive by email. New users choose a new password at first sign-in. Existing users keep their sign-in details. Once signed in, the home page opens the ICD-10 workspace directly.

Does it connect directly to my EHR?

The advertised workflow is to review, edit and copy the draft. A direct EHR integration is not included in this plan. Contact support to discuss any integration your organization requires.

What should I verify before using a draft?

Check every generated statement against the actual encounter. A diagnosis label alone does not establish a patient’s history, findings or treatment plan. Verify the applicable ICD-10-CM release and coding instructions using official CDC resources. IntelliNotes does not guarantee clinical accuracy, coding compliance or reimbursement.
