Account and access

IntelliNotes uses Amazon Cognito for sign-in, account verification and password recovery. Your email identifies your account. Authentication cookies keep your browser signed in and let the website open the appropriate view.

Notes and AI features

The application stores saved notes for individual diagnosis codes in your account’s workspace. Generating a draft or using dictation sends the relevant input to the services that provide those features. The current workflow uses Anthropic for note generation with OpenAI as a fallback, and OpenAI for diagnosis creation and dictation.

Do not assume that this overview establishes a business associate agreement or authorization to process protected health information. Before entering identifiable patient information, confirm that your organization has approved the workflow and the required arrangements with the service providers.

Payments

Stripe handles subscription checkout. IntelliNotes uses payment and subscription information, including the checkout email, to provision account access. Payment card details are entered in Stripe’s checkout.
